Standups in French were the thing I dreaded. We rehearsed the actual format of my team's meeting until it was boring. It is still not effortless, but it is no longer the worst part of my day.

La correction selon les critères officiels change tout : on sait enfin où vont les points. Rim m'a dit franchement que ma date visée était trop serrée, on l'a repoussée d'un mois, et j'ai obtenu le niveau qu'il me fallait.
Idéal pour un horaire imprévisible
Je voyage beaucoup et je ne peux jamais garantir une heure fixe. Les modules autonomes me permettent d'avancer dans les aéroports, et je demande une correction quand j'en ai besoin. J'aurais aimé plus d'exercices d'écoute.
The first teacher who adapted properly
My son has dyslexia and had decided he was simply bad at French. The materials arrive in advance, the sessions are recorded, and the pace is his. Six months in he volunteers answers in class.
Practical from the first lesson
We spent my second lesson rehearsing a call to a landlord, and I made that call the next day without freezing. Everything since has been the same — the French I need this week, not in two years.
Passed level C on the first attempt
I had failed the oral twice before. Rim worked out within one session that my problem was pacing, not vocabulary, and rebuilt the whole plan around timed practice. The mock exams were harder than the real one, which is exactly what I needed.
